Like many before me I was inspired to write by a woman. One who quickly went from unknown to completely captivating my mind. She mentioned that she loved poetry and sent me a picture of a short poem. It reminded me that when I was younger I found Haiku to be intriguing. I suspect I liked that the 5-7-5 structure is a bit puzzle like and rhyming isn’t a necessity. Anyhow, I began to search for sites where I could find haiku that expressed all that I was feeling, emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally about this lightning bolt I will call Dee Dee (not here real name).
